Taco Bell faced ongoing challenges in recruiting candidates for restaurant positions, including crew, managers, and assistant managers, and needed to enhance their Google AdWords campaign to boost job seeker engagement and improve ROI. My team optimized their site structure, improved landing pages, and leveraged Taco Bell’s strong brand recognition, resulting in a remarkable 292% increase in average PPC clicks per day compared to previous performance.

McDonald’s approached my team at NAS to optimize their underperforming Google Search campaigns, geo-targeted across the U.S. Over the course of four years, our strategic improvements led to a remarkable 1,496.5% increase in clicks versus cost, significantly boosting campaign efficiency and driving higher engagement.

I lead international campaigns for Synchrony Financial across the U.S., India, and The Philippines. A recent customer service recruitment campaign in several US markets generated 110,825 clicks for just $56,363.30. At current WordStream Jobs & Education industry rates, this spend would typically yield only 20,722 clicks—90,103 less than what our campaign delivers for the same price. The same volume of traffic would have cost Synchrony about $3.7 million at standard industry rates, demonstrating the remarkable cost-efficiency of our strategy.

Shelf Life Clothing’s online promotional campaign was a game-changer, combining grassroots social media tactics with powerful influencer partnerships to transform a simple t-shirt brand into a viral sensation. Leveraging Twitter, Reddit and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) alongside targeted Google search ads and paid social campaigns, the strategy kept the brand in the spotlight through a series of viral moments, driving ongoing engagement and turning it into a top-trending phenomenon.
